Get this fact right

It does not seem right for people who go by the name social
critics to concern themselves exclusively with the political facet
of society. Society is made up of other social institutions like
the family, peer groups, cultures, religious, educational and
economic organization. All these have shifting values, which
catch the critical attention of the social critic in his desire to
forge a better society through the objective analysis of faults.
In addition, malicious mudslinging directed at leadership is not
a critical activity and qualifies one to be called a political
malcontent or slanderer rather than a social critic. Self-styled
social critics who pollute the mind of the nation with dark
suspicions, irreverent and hostile ingratitude, are stunting
national growth by preventing the spirited execution of
development plans. For, by nurturing an anti-Government
critical culture, they are dealing a serious blow to the will of the
people to work together for constructive progress. And what
are a people without a will?
